Kick Chatbot Weekly Packages

Information and FAQ

• Orders start instantly.
• The package time starts when your first stream begins after the order and then runs continuously for 7 days. It does not pause when you go offline. During this period the chatbot joins every stream automatically within about 5 minutes after you go live.
• Follower-only chat: if you have a Chatbot & Viewer List Followers package from us, bought before or after the chatbot, the bots can write even when follower-only mode is on. Otherwise, your chat must be open to everyone (follower-only mode off). The setting that allows only phone-verified or email-verified accounts to chat should be turned off in any case.
• This service is fully AI-powered. The bots watch your stream like real people, react to what is happening and even talk to each other. They detect your stream's language automatically. The message speed depends on the number of bots: each package shows its messages per minute.
• Once the package is purchased, the channel name cannot be changed.
• If you encounter any issues, you can reach out to us through the Contact Us section, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
