• For 1 hours, all your stream will automatically connect viewers and the viewer list within 5 minutes after starting the stream, 24/7.
• If you want to stop the viewers or reduce the number of viewers, just notify us via the Contact Us section. The setting can be changed once every 24 hours.
• After purchasing the package, we can only change the channel name once.
• There is no streams time limit.
• Refunds can be provided upon request. When a refund is made, the used period is deducted from the fee, and the refund amount is calculated according to the time you used. For example, if you purchase a 1-month package and request a refund after 3 days of use, you will be refunded as if you had purchased a 3-day package. This is because long-term packages offer significant discounts.
• In these packages, viewers do not go to other channels via host&raid.
• Viewers do not watch ads and do not provide any income to you.
• You cannot pause or freeze the package duration.
