Kick may temporarily restrict your channel if it detects a sudden and unusual spike in viewer numbers, using your last three months’ average to set the limit. This can cause the delivered viewers not to fully appear or your viewer count to remain capped at a certain level. Our system is functioning properly, and all purchased viewers are sent in full.
• For 1 day (24 hours), 24/7 viewers will be automatically connected to all your streamswithin 5 minutes after you start stream.
• Active Achievements
• If you want to stop the viewers or reduce the number of viewers, just Contact Us. The setting can be changed every 24 hours.
• Viewers are connected stably. There is no fluctuation.
• There is no streams time limit.
• Refunds can be provided upon request. When a refund is made, the used period is deducted from the fee, and the refund amount is calculated according to the time you used. For example, if you purchase a 1-month package and request a refund after 3 days of use, you will be refunded as if you had purchased a 3-day package. This is because long-term packages offer significant discounts.
• In these packages, viewers do not go to other channels with host&raid.
• You cannot stop or freeze the package duration.
