• We do not recommend purchasing a viewer amount that is significantly higher than your current average. Kick may temporarily restrict your channel if it detects a sudden and unusual spike in viewer numbers, using your last three months’ average to set the limit. This can cause the delivered viewers not to fully appear or your viewer count to remain capped at a certain level. Our system is functioning properly, and all purchased viewers are sent in full.
• For 1 day (24 hours), viewers and the viewer list will automatically connect to all your streams 24/7.
• Active Achievements
• The location of viewers is automatically adjusted to your streaming language. Whichever language you stream in, viewers from countries that use that language will watch you.
• Viewers connect gradually. By default, connection times are spread over 15 minutes. If you would like to change the connection speed, you can contact us through the Contact Us section
• Viewers participate in raids and vod views.
• Viewers are connected stably. There is no fluctuation.
• There is no streams time limit.
• The channel name can only be changed once.
• If you want to stop the viewers or reduce the number of viewers, just Contact Us. The setting can be changed once every 24 hours.
• You cannot pause or freeze the package duration.
• Refunds can be provided upon request. When a refund is made, the used period is deducted from the fee, and the refund amount is calculated according to the time you used. For example, if you purchase a 1-month package and request a refund after 3 days of use, you will be refunded as if you had purchased a 3-day package. This is because long-term packages offer significant discounts.
